Messages may not make it to the intended recipient for a variety of reasons, such as network connectivity or the recipient may no longer have any active devices. We’ve made improvements to let you know what messages did not go through, why, and what you can do about it. We hope you never see these errors, but if you do we welcome your feedback on how helpful they are.
